Though she struggled with her figure, she has recently sculpted her body once again, and the fitness experts from Diet.com claim to have the skinny on how she did so. Spears’ abdominal workout is revealed by trainer, Stephen Cabral, in a segment called the Britney Spears' Ab Workout Revealed Video.

In the Britney Spears' Ab Workout Revealed Video Cabral shows four exercises that he says Britney uses to flatten stomach bulge. They include the basic crunch, a side crunch with the legs twisted to either side, the bicycle crunch with legs pedaling back and forth, and the vertical leg raise with legs lifted straight up into the air and the lower body pushing upward. Cabral says that Spears does approximately 50 repetitions of each of these four routines and, in combination with total body exercises and nutritional habits, maintains control of her figure through their regular implementation.
